If you exceed your new plan limits, you can still view and edit everything. You just can't create new resources until you're within limits.

Can I change plans later?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades include a 14-day grace period to adjust your resources.
What happens to my links if I downgrade?
Your links will always work. We never break your redirects. If you downgrade and have more links than your new plan allows, you can still view and edit them all. You just can't create new links until you're within your limit.
What is the 14-day grace period?
When you downgrade and exceed your new plan limits, you get 14 days to resolve the situation. During this time, you retain full access to create and edit. We'll send reminders at day 7 and day 13 to help you stay on track.
Do you offer a free trial?
Yes, all paid plans come with a 14-day free trial. No credit card required to start.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes! We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you're not satisfied within the first 14 days, contact us for a full refund, no questions asked.
